Lack of memory, connection problems or battery may be the most common issues for users of Apple devices.
Here are some of the most common iPhone issues and we offer simple solutions.
The memory is full
This is one of the most common problems with iPhone models with lower storage capacity, such as 8GB or 16GB, but also if your smartphone has 64GB or even 128GB.
Among the fastest solutions is to identify the apps that occupy the most memory, erase the history of data and Safari websites, clear the cache of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram apps.
Another option is to try a curious trick because you can get into iTunes and try to rent a long-running movie. At that time the smartphone will automatically free some of the space you could not delete so you can rent the movie, and best of all, you do not need to do so because iTunes always double-check before the charge.
The screen has frozen and the Iphone does not respond
It may happen that due to a bug in an application or game, the iPhone screen will be frozen and the smartphone will be completely blocked. In these cases, the first thing is to press the Standby / Activation button on the upper side of the mobile.
If this does not work the only solution we have is to restart it. To do this press and hold the Sleep / Wake and Home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.
Internet connection goes too slow or disconnected
In case you are having connectivity problems over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or data a good solution is to reset the network settings.
To do this, simply go to Settings> General> Reset> Reset network settings.
This feature resets the Wi-Fi networks and their passwords, the mobile data settings, and the VPN and APN settings you have used before.
Home button does not work
The ‘Home’ button of the iPhone is critical to use the phone, so much so that if it does not work properly or is damaged can be a real problem.
Until we can fix it, a solution that will allow us to continue using the mobile normally is activating the Assistive Touch function.
It is a virtual button that appears at one end of the screen and allows you to perform the main functions of the Home button, such as going to the menu or taking a screenshot.
The option to activate it is found following the following steps: Settings> General> Accessibility> AssistiveTouch
You forgot the iPhone code
Be careful with this because at this point the situation is difficult. If you have forgotten the iPhone code and enter it incorrectly six times in a row the device will be locked and the only way to reuse it will be to restore it.
Forget about recovering the code via an email or by contacting Apple customer service. If you forget this code you will have to delete everything you have in the device to restore it and reuse it.
It is for this reason that it is recommended to make backups of the device with some regularity. For this it is quite useful to synchronize your iPhone with iCloud.
On the other hand, thanks to this system if you lose the mobile is more difficult that another person can access the information you have stored in it.
The battery is always low
Another usual worry is to see how the battery is always on its last. If you see what happens to you very often you can try to activate the “Low power mode”. You will find it under Settings> General> Battery.
Also, in the Battery menu you can also check the applications that consume the most to take this into account.
If all this is not enough an effective, if somewhat drastic, solution is to use grayscale vision, accessible from Settings> General> Accessibility.
